Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges
All goods must be received in their original package.
For Hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns on products that are used or tampered with.

Contact us to return your order.
When you contact us, please provide the reason, Order number, product name and your contact information for returns or exchanges.

When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product. We do not credit back on shipping. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. Service parts are not returnable.
Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you get your product shipped free, the shipping cost will be excluded from the reimbursement.

1. The amount will be refunded by the same payment method that was used to make payment if possible.
2. The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item.
3. The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item has been damaged/made defective by customer’s fault (except for the package being opened to check the item).
  • The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage/consumption.
  • The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive nature of the sale, so that it is unable to be sold again.
  • Unrecoverable liability has been made to the seller due to customization or unique production of items.

Cancellation Policy
You may able to cancel the order before we make the delivery.
If you have purchased item through “Bank Transfer”, you can get the refund directly from the seller.
In case we have delivered the items, you may contact us and request for Returns and Exchanges.
